Welcome  /  For Real Estate

Due diligence.
Before the deadline.

For agents, buyers & lendersThe transaction track Inspection objection in 10 days?
We can be on-site this week.

You're not here for a brochure. You're here because a buyer's agent wants a sewer scope, the seller wants the radon number, and the closing date hasn't moved.

Elements Environmental is the North Coast firm built for that timeline. We schedule fast, write reports in plain English, and our project managers answer their phones — so escrow doesn't wait on us.

Asbestos pre-renovation survey

Required by Oregon DEQ before most renovation and demolition work on pre-1980 properties. Skipping this step is one of the most common reasons projects get red-tagged. Crew showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. Cleaned up the yard like they were never there. Happy to recommend them to scope drains looking for problems.
